Merit Surgical products are intended for licensed healthcare professionals, hospitals, surgery centers, medical distributors, and authorized procurement personnel. By placing an order, you represent that you are an authorized purchaser of surgical supplies in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to cancel orders from ineligible purchasers.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Product availability is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to limit order quantities and to refuse orders at our discretion. Pricing errors will be corrected before shipment and you will be notified of any change.
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are confirmed when you receive an email confirmation from Merit Surgical. We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. Payment is due at time of order. All transactions are subject to verification.
We ship to addresses within the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable except in cases of our error.
Due to the medical nature of our products, returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged or defective. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. Approved returns receive a replacement or store credit. Contact meritsurgical@gmail.com to initiate a return.
Surgical sutures are medical devices regulated by the FDA. You are responsible for ensuring that the products you purchase are used in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, and in accordance with the product's intended use and labeling.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Merit Surgical's liability for any claim arising from these terms or the use of our products is limited to the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.
